Electronical tachometer and running hour meter
| Application | |||
| The instrument is suitable for measuring the revolution number of the motor crankshaft and summing up the engine operating hours at nominal RPM. At another RPM it counts proportionally more or less. | |||
| Description | |||
The instrument is suitable for measuring the RPM of motor vehicles having an electrical network supplied by an alternator. The instrument consists of a movement built into an internal-illumination metall case coated against corrosion. The signal series received from the 'W' point of the alternator will be processed by the micro controller unit of the instrument for the moving-coil movement and the counter. The counter sums the engine operating hours up to 10 000 hours. |
