Electronical tachometer and switch
| Application | |||
| The instrument measures the revolution number of engine crankshaft of vehicles and effects switching on and switching off at given revolution numbers. | |||
| Description | |||
The
instrument is suitable for measuring the revolution number of motor
vehicles having an electrical network supplied by an alternator. The
instrument consists of a movement built into an internal-illumination
metall case coated against corrosion. The signal series received from
the 'W' point of the alternator will be processed by the IC signal
transformer unit of the instrument for the moving-coil movement. The revolution number switch is placed in the instrument and operated by relay. In case of decreasing RPM it can effect switching off operation from the standby state at a given RPM. The switching on takes place at increasing RPM between switching off RPM and and a determined RPM and the stand-by state will be re-established. |
